Coaching and Entrepreneur Programs:  SPI offers Individual Coaching as well as Full Courses.

 

SPI specializes in assisting Entrepreneurs obtain Customers and Investors.

 

SPI Programs:  Coaches Entrepreneurs in the full business cycle:  Problem/ Opportunity, Solution, Feasibility,  Make it, Sell it,  Delivery, Support.

 

 

 

 

 

 

OEP TM  is a set of Programs that address the entrepreneurial needs of our Veterans/  Disabled Veterans through Events and Courses.   SPI Programs are innovative, comprehensive, and copyrighted.  Designed by Veterans and successful Entrepreneurs, which successfully transfer Entrepreneurial Learning.

 

Veterans Entrepreneur Events:  Veterans Entrepreneur Day (VED): brings Sellers/ Our Veterans- Exhibitors together with Buyers/ Attendees who are Contracting or Hiring Government Agencies and Companies including those in the private sector.   In these Events, Veterans speak on how they became successful, and provide coaching.

 

Veterans Entrepreneur / Intrapreneur Program (VEP): helps our Veterans to utilize their Problem Solving and Teaming Skills they have learned and used in serving our country, by enhancing and channeling those skills and using them as an Entrepreneur–   starting one’s own business or be a member of an Entrepreneur team— CREATING JOBS. 

Or, an Intrapreneur— a Problem Solver, valuable contributing Team Member in someone else’s business.

 

VEP is an intense, complete, comprehensive, copyrighted Program.   Teachers and coaches, including successful Veterans, assist our Veterans/ Participants including self evaluation, problem identification, bringing products and services to Customers. 

 

Veterans are NOT charged for the SPI - VEP Program.

 

  

 

SPI programs bring the full skill and commitment of SPI and the SPI Collaborative to assist our Veterans, including Coaches/ Mentors/ Investors/ others, to address diverse markets: consumer, commercial, local, national, global.

The primary reason that we encourage 'making a product':  your company becomes much more valuable than a company that provides only services.

 

To the left are a few examples of the selling-price-multiple-to-sales of types of companies. While there are exceptions in every category, these show the average.

 

For Instance, as of January, 2016: a Computer Services company sells at .81 (less than 1%) of Sales; an Internet Software Company sells at 6.97 times Sales; a Bio-Drug Company will sell at 7.74 times Sales.
